The ASIS Hudson Valley Chapter would like to thank all of our generous sponsors as well as all chapter volunteers for supporting us and helping us make our chapter grow!

All of our local chapter activities are paid for from donations from our members and company sponsors. We would like to offer the opportunity for members’ companies and any others in the security industry to help sponsor our activities and receive recognition. Sponsor opportunities include display tables at events, ads in event programs, and company logo and link on our website as well as in chapter emails.

Chapter Sponsorship levels

Gold – $1,500 (yearly chapter sponsor with event table at 2 events, PLUS your logo/web link online and in emails)

• Includes a table at both the symposium and our fall golf outing with company logo/ad on all marketing materials for the events, logo and link on our website and in our emails.
• Includes free attendance for 2 at one chapter meeting with a 10 minute speaking opportunity to highlight the company’s products/services.

Silver – $1,000 (yearly chapter sponsor with event table, PLUS your logo/web link online and in emails)

• Includes table at 1 event with company logo/ad listed in all marketing materials for the event, logo and link on our website and in our emails.
• Includes free attendance for 2 at one chapter meeting with a 10 minute speaking opportunity to highlight the company’s products/services.

 Bronze – $500 (yearly chapter sponsor- your logo/web link online and in emails with no event tables)

• Includes – logo/ad in 1 event program, logo and link on our website and in our emails. (no vendor table, for those who just want to sponsor chapter activities)
• Includes free attendance for 2 at one chapter meeting with a 10 minute speaking opportunity to highlight the company’s products/services.

Vendor table – $500 (1 event only)

• Includes table at 1 event and logo/ad in the event program.

Get your name front and center for our special events. Contact us if you can help sponsor one of our many events during the year. Your company will be recognized at the event, and your logo and website included in our emails and on our website. Sponsor levels are listed above.

Along with the sponsor opportunities mentioned above, we also would like to find companies who can help support our events by contributing various ammounts to cover event costs such as refreshments, AV costs, program printing costs.
