Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Ensure proper staffing of the development at all times.
· Be responsible to safeguard the property of MRH and the people who you live here.
· Implement and follow the policies and procedures of MRH.
· Ensure the Security Supervisors are following policies procedures.
· Follow up on reports (incidents, missing property, etc). Represent MRH at EBTS or other court matters.
· Administrative experience and the passing on of accurate information to Management and other departments.
· Organize and retain information.
· Oversee the proper use and distribution of all radio equipment and inventory.
· Insure inspection of all MRH’s security intercoms, CCTV cameras, mesh and roof alarms are in working order. If not, to contact the responsible party to repair the item.
· Must be computer literate in Microsoft Excel -Office, Payroll (ADP) and Property Management Program (Multi-Data) Software.
· Excellent written and communication skills.
· Ability to interact effectively with employees, residents, Management, and City Agencies
· Attend meetings in place of the Director with Board of Directors, Coop Council, Staff meetings and outside agencies.
· Be proactive on ways of improving Security
· Implement ongoing training of officers of training material issued to them.
· Knowledge of CCTV and the monitoring of equipment.
· Review Security policy and procedures and implement changes as needed
· Become a Special Patrolman/Peace Officer – Make spreadsheets for training
· Update Roll Calls –
Work 4pm-12am shifts – Be available to respond to emergencies when off duty.
