Welcome to 2020! We are looking for members to help plan this year’s Cyber Security Summit being held this coming May. The initial planning meeting will be held on 2/13/20 at Plated restaurant in Hopewell Junction.
If you have not been an active member, that’s OK. No better time than the present!
Cybersecurity is an every growing part of the physical security industry and will only keep getting larger. The Hudson Valley Chapter of ASIS wants to help demystify Cybersecurity and help our region become educated on the topic. Please RSVP at the link below. The meeting price ($40) will include Family Style dinner.
We have had 2 highly successful events as a chapter. In 2018 we hosted our School Safety Symposium with over 100+ school administrators and SRO’s in attendance. In 2019 we hosted a highly successful event on the subject of Securing Houses of Worship. This event was standing room only with over 200 attendees and speakers from the FBI, NYSDHSES, and the Orange County Sheriff’s department. 2020 looks to be even greater!
